All Hardware is covered by a 3-year on-site service warranty and supported by a national service organization that is second to none.

MultiMedia Dental Systems does not require the practice to purchase hardware from us. We will provide your practice with our minimum as well as our recommended specs in order to provide your practice with the proper information needed to make a qualified choice, free of charge.

If a practice does prefer to purchase hardware from another source, we will provide, and work with the hardware technicians giving them detailed information needed in configuring the hardware installation to insure that our system will run at optimum performance.

Any deviation from our requirements, the practice will be charged an additional installation and configuration fee.
